Send in the $649 balance by February 1st 2009 If we don't get your confirmation, we will do our best to replace your spot with one on the wait list. If we are not successful, your $200 deposit will be used to fund the deserving charities we support in Guatemala... And we will have 3 months to try & fill your spot for this tour. Step 3: Participating !!! Arrive on Saturday, April 24th at Pacific Gardens Inn and get your bike ready. Sunday, explore Monterey, Carmel, visit the Aquarium or take a leisurely bike ride up the coast or out Carmel Valley. Monday we pack up and head out on 17 Mile Drive and down the coast to Big Sur.The tour will start at 9AM Sunday through 17mile Drive, Carmel, Point Lobos & in to Big Sur (You will have time grab a lunch to go & picnic out at Point Lobos' Whalers Cove Note: All payments are made payable to Escalle & Company, LLC. This marketing firm is helping coordinate our finances and insurance, and is the coordinator of the GCFR Bead Jewelry Program The donation (plus any additional profits) will be sent to our charity(s) by Escalle & Company.
