 Great coastal views along the ocean cliffs, Visit Fort Ross, climb up the Fort Ross Grade
& then screaming downhill on the South side of "Jenner Grade"; 1,200 feet in 4.5 miles

 Climb up over Jenner Headland; drop into Jenner (first chance to get coffee),
Continue Right on Hwy 1 over Russian River, then continue South along shoreline...

 Lunch at market accross from the Kite & Candy store in Bodega Bay.
Roll South along the bay & then inland. Turn Left at Bodega Highway (East)
Drop into Bodega, rollies through Freestone...

 Plenty of country, then more highway traffc, than down-town Sebastapol;
Sebastapol Road becomes Highway 12 & you are riding on a highway shoulder...
There is a nice bike path: the Joe Rodarte Trail about 50 feet off & along the South side of the highway,
but not well marked to find it. Area Bike Map
When you get to Fulton / S.Wright the highway becomes freeway;
you can catch a break in traffic to use Left Turn pocket to Fulton (North)-
or cross & proceed North with the signal traffic. Fulton has a bike lane - as does Piner.
From Piner you jog one block South on Range to Bicentennial Way; Bicentennial goes over 101
but not to the front of the Motel 6, so take the left turn but swing wide immediately
& go into the NW corner of the Motel 6 back lot.

Our trucks were safely waiting there for us to ride home in...
