WHERE  do we start & end the tour?
Participants selecting the shuttle option will travel north on the 19th, and are responsible for their own lodging that evening.  We have negotiated a special rate at the Courtyard in Santa Rosa for tour participants for the night of the 19th.  Of course, you may also select other lodgings in the area like the far less expensive Motel6 where staff are staying, and we’ll take care of the shuttle participants, including getting them to Calistoga on Sunday morning where the riding begins.

The Marriott has agreed to allow parking until Friday when we get back to town. The tour will conclude in Santa Rosa on Friday afternoon. Shuttle will get back to OC late Friday.

HIGHLIGHTS include:

Multiple support vehicles offering on-the-road snacks, luggage transfers to hotels, and rider support to anyone wishing to shorten their riding day and take a lift in the van. To ensure a first class, comfortable adventure, we have reserved vehicles to support the tour:  Passenger vans to support riders during the tour with water, snacks and on-road assistance during the day as well as shuttle service if needed., and carry your luggage during the tour.

Five nights of lodging (double occupancy). We overnight within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. We will be happy to pair you up with a suitable roommate. Single supplement will run an additional $300 for a private room.  If you shuttle up with the crew Saturday, you will need to add Saturday night in Santa Rosa. WHY SO AFFORDABLE? We are volunteering as a way of raising funds to support charities in Guatemala. We look forward to introducing more folks to the programs we are supporting.  See the www.sellin.com/GCFR pages for links and to learn more about the Foundations and our local fund raising efforts.
